REQUIREMENTS:

• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (mandatory for FMC QI designation).
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or NVOCC operations.
• Strong expertise in pricing, commercial negotiations, and key account management.
• Excellent knowledge of FMC regulations, TSA security programs, and customs compliance.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Leadership skills to manage both commercial and operational teams.

• Serve as the company’s designated Qualifying Individual (QI) under FMC regulations.
• Lead commercial development, pricing, and key account management for international logistics.
• Negotiate with carriers, airlines, warehouses, and strategic partners.
• Drive business growth with import/export clients in the U.S. and Latin America.
• Ensure compliance with FMC, TSA, CBP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Represent the Miami office as the local head, coordinating with Latin American HQ.
