Backed by strong financial foundations and ambitious plans to grow turnover to £50 million this year, the business invests heavily in innovation, cutting-edge technology and smarter ways of working. But what really sets it apart is the culture: collaborative, supportive and people-first. Staff feedback is gathered weekly and actively shapes decision-making, contributing to a workplace that genuinely puts its people at the centre of everything it does.
