This role will form an integral part of Commercial function for Princess Cruises UK, Ireland & Europe, and will drive wider initiatives across the Princess Cruises directorate.
Guided by the Senior Commercial Planning Manager, the role will be a blend of using both analytical and stakeholder engagement skills to drive promotional activities to support trading performance whilst analysing and reporting on the opportunities and risks crucial to the achievement of our financial KPI’s. Every day will be different in this wide-ranging role working with stakeholders across the UK & Global teams.

Responsibilities

THIS PIVOTAL ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

  • Driving relevant UK/US/AU/EU department activities to deliver the strategic Commercial plan via in depth analysis & reporting, efficient planning, and effective communication
  • Supporting relevant departments in relation to campaign execution and sourcing appropriate distribution via Sales & Marketing teams across markets
  • Production, development and analysis of business performance reporting to support delivery of business objectives & identify risks / opportunities
  • Consistent process improvement & development via effective collaboration with other departments, developing strong working relationships with all Markets and Commercial functions across Princess
    This role is positioned at CUK08 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
