People Management: Lead a team and foster motivation, facilitate growth and development, and provide robust support to ensure collective success. Sales Leadership: Drive business growth by developing and implementing customized sales plans and strategies. Build on insights to maximize brand visibility across retail channels Account Management: Partner with Marketing to execute brand strategies, build strong customer relationships, and manage budgets efficiently. Champion continuous improvement and identify new business opportunities. Retail Activation: Set and achieve account goals, develop sales and merchandising strategies, and lead product previews to grow retail presence. Experience in a Commercial Leadership role, ideally from a relevant or related industry. People Leadership experience is a must. Strong market research and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Collaborative and flexible approach with a real interest in building trusting relationships. Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software). Fluency in English and German.
