SK9 are delighted to be working alongside a growing specialist Construction Firm in their search for a confident, savvy and driven Commercial Manager. The role is a hybrid post based in West Dublin where it will see the new Commercial Manager take leadership of a range of duties across the daily operations of the business. Ideally, someone from a Senior QS background will be most suited to what is needed with this post moving forward.
Responsibilities include;

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, including some in a senior or management role.

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Quantity Surveying software, budgeting, and cost control techniques.

• Commercial Awareness:

A strong understanding of contracts, procurement processes, and the construction industry.

• Leadership and Communication:

Strong leadership and communication skills, including the ability to manage teams and work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
