We seek a Commercial Manager with a strong construction and contract management background. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial and contract management for construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supplier and subcontractor negotiations.
  • Oversee budget forecasting, cost control, and financial risk assessment.
  • Manage contract agreements, claims, and disputes to safeguard company interests.
  • Collaborate with project managers to align commercial objectives with project execution.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare financial reports, project valuations, and cost analysis for senior management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a commercial management role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC, JCT, and NEC contracts.
  • Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts and manage commercial risks.
  • Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working in international construction markets is a plus.
