    Responsibilities

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Manager/Contracts Manager to manage and streamline our contract processes. This role is pivotal in further developing our commercial frameworks and ensuring smooth collaboration with our sales team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contracts, excellent customer-facing skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    • Review and prepare contracts for customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company standards.
    • Handle customer contract modifications and respond to customer comments or queries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Understand and manage contractual nuances, ensuring clarity and consistency in agreements.
    • Work with legal counsel, on complex legal matters, while focusing on commercial aspects of contracts.
    • Support the implementation of new master service agreements, securing 24-36 month contracts
    • Reduce the contract-related workload for senior team members (Catherine and Warren) to enhance operational efficiency.
