JOB SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a Commercial Manager to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development in the telecommunications sector.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients, focusing on the telecommunications sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for clients.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
