Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: COMMERCIAL MANAGER

You’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations — leading projects, collaborating with contractors and specifiers, and ensuring every job is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Whether you’re a seasoned Commercial Manager or an experienced project lead ready to step up, what matters most is your ability to manage costs, win work, and keep clients and teams aligned.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with the Management and Support Team to drive company goals and performance.
  • Develop and manage systems that support accurate costings, bids, project wins, and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, specifiers, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
  • Plan and schedule projects in line with production and supply chain timelines.
  • Oversee the preparation of Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Health & Safety documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient ordering, inventory management, and material allocation.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards across all project stages.
  • Produce accurate cost forecasts, schedules, and commercial reports.
  • Analyse team performance and ensure productivity and profitability targets are consistently achieved.
  • Take ownership of client queries, ensuring professional and timely resolution.
  • Promote a culture of trust, accountability, and excellence within your team.
  • Manage overheads effectively and ensure all projects meet time and cost expectations.
