We’re now looking for a Commercial Manager to lead and elevate Zempire Camping’s commercial performance across key markets. About the role This is a senior, high-impact leadership role where you’ll take ownership of revenue, margin, and commercial performance across New Zealand and Australia, while helping shape the global approach. You’ll bring together sales, marketing, e-commerce, and retail to deliver a connected, high-performing customer journey across both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. As a key member of the leadership team and acting 2IC when required, you’ll influence strategy, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the brand continues to deliver premium, market-leading results across every channel. What you’ll be doing: Owning commercial performance, including revenue, margin and channel outcomes across NZ/AU Leading an integrated go-to-market approach across wholesale and DTC channels Aligning Sales, Marketing, E-Commerce and Retail to deliver connected commercial outcomes Driving customer journey performance end-to-end across all channels Providing commercial frameworks, insights and support to international markets Leading and developing a high-performing commercial leadership team Partnering closely with supply chain, product and finance to align delivery and planning Contributing at an executive level, including acting as 2IC when required About you You’re a commercially astute leader who knows how to turn strategy into performance. You bring strong ownership of results, can operate at pace, and know how to align teams to deliver across multiple channels and markets. You’re confident operating at a senior level, making decisions in complex environments, and balancing brand, customer experience and commercial outcomes. You’ll bring: 10+ years’ commercial leadership experience in a product or consumer-led business Proven ownership of revenue, margin and P&L performance Experience across both wholesale (B2B) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels Strong leadership experience across sales, marketing, e-commerce or retail teams Demonstrated capability developing and executing commercial strategies and frameworks Strong commercial and financial acumen, with analytical and decision-making capability Exposure to international markets and multi-channel environments A relevant business or commerce qualification, or equivalent experience Why Zempire?
