Fourblue are hiring an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing European data centre operations team.

This is a senior commercial role focused on the financial and contractual management of data centre facilities and service contracts across the region.

You will work closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, customers and suppliers, managing commercial risk, contract performance, procurement and financial outcomes.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial and financial performance across data centre contracts and facilities
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, P&L, billing and expenditure
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, commercial risk and negotiations
• Lead procurement, tendering and supplier negotiations
• Develop and manage KPI and SLA frameworks
• Support project works, lifecycle expenditure and supply chain management
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Provide commercial insight and support to operational leadership
• Maintain effective commercial governance and reporting

• What We're Looking ForStrong commercial contract management experience
• Experience managing contracts valued at €5m+
• Background in data centres, critical environments, facilities management, construction or complex service contracts
• Experience with procurement, tendering and supplier management
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, payment mechanisms, KPIs and SLAs
• Experience managing disputes and commercial claims
• Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills
• Ability to operate across a regional or international environment

Please note: this requires you to be on site, minimum 2 days per week (Frankfurt), with regular travel across Europe

Data centre, facilities management and client-side experience is highly desirable.

Relevant professional qualifications such as RICS, CIPS, IWFM or IFMA would be advantageous.
