In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities across our projects, ensuring successful delivery while maximizing profitability and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of our operations and supporting our commitment to excellence in project execution. As Commercial Manager, you will handle contract negotiations, financial analyses, and strategic planning. You will collaborate closely with different departments, ensuring alignment of commercial strategies with project goals. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be essential in promoting a collaborative environment and achieving outstanding results. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all commercial aspects of projects, including contract management and compliance. Lead negotiations with clients and subcontractors to secure beneficial contract terms. Analyze project financials, develop budgets, and monitor financial performance. Conduct risk assessments related to commercial operations and contractual obligations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and adherence to commercial strategies. Establish and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate open communication and long-term partnerships. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in the construction or engineering industries. In-depth knowledge of contract law and commercial principles. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial performance. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
