Description

Your mission As a Commercial Manager at KASO, you will own and drive revenue growth across your assigned territory, building deep relationships with restaurant groups and food suppliers. This is a high-impact, field-first role where you will lead the full commercial cycle - from prospecting and pitching to close and account expansion. • Prospect, visit, and pitch restaurant groups and supplier accounts across your assigned territory • Lead platform demos and manage end-to-end onboarding for new restaurant and supplier partners • Own and grow relationships with key decision-makers including owners, GMs, and procurement managers across the F&B sector • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, partner acquisition goals, and retention KPIs • Feed market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback into product and commercial strategy Your profile • 2–3 years of B2B sales or commercial experience (required) • Background in F&B, HORECA, or food distribution is mandatory • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding commercial targets • Comfortable in a field-heavy role; self-directed and structured in managing a busy territory • Genuine interest in food-tech and the digitization of the supply chain Why us? • Real ownership of a territory from Day 1 • Clear growth path into senior commercial and leadership roles • Competitive salary + uncapped performance commission • Work at the region’s fastest-growing F&B tech company, backed by Y Combinator • A high-performance, tight-knit team that moves fast and gets things done • Medical insurance and all standard UAE employment benefits About us At KASO, we're building the digital backbone for the food system.
