JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering, recognize by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Experience Required:
• Minimum five (5) years of experience working with a consulting firm and main contractors
• Experience in both private residential and HDB projects
• Competencies and Skills Required
• Solid understanding of pre-cast general building products and construction project workflow
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with tender process, contracts and costing
• Self-driven, pro-active and has strong desire to take on challenges

• Lead commercial activities for the Pre-Cast General Building Product Division, including sales, tendering and costing evaluation, contracts and customer relationship management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Prepare and review pricing strategies, quotations and tender submissions
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, contractors and consultants
• Work closely with Production and Technical Departments to ensure feasibility, timelines and quality expectations are met
• Manage and resolve commercial risks, disputes and variations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
