The company serves a wide client base across corporate, hospitality, and individual customers. Job Summary We are seeking a Commercial Manager to drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and strengthen the company’s commercial strategy. The role will focus on expanding corporate partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring overall revenue growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals. Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate and hospitality sectors. Manage client accounts and ensure long-term satisfaction. Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and service agreements. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends. Collaborate with operations to align commercial and service delivery commitments. Monitor revenue performance and support financial planning. Build, lead, and support a small sales/commercial team. Requirements Proven experience in a Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role within laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality sectors. Strong B2B client management and contract negotiation skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and financial acumen. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. Preferred Skills Familiarity with UAE market tenders and corporate contracts. Experience in pricing, margin analysis, and revenue planning. Strong networking skills and ability to build client trust. Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus. Experience with CRM systems and sales tools. Salary Range: AED 20,000 – 26,000 monthly (Depending on Experience) Comprehensive medical insurance Life Insurance Bonuses and incentives based on performance and company's Internal policy.
