We are looking for a talented and strategic Commercial Manager to lead our commercial efforts within a high-profile project. You will play a vital role in managing financial performance, optimizing costs, and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives. Responsibilities Lead the commercial strategy and implementation for the MAS 145 MM MDUWFP260136 project, ensuring alignment with the overall objectives of Qiddiya Investment Company. Oversee all aspects of contract management including negotiation, execution, and compliance, and ensure all initiatives meet financial targets. Develop comprehensive forecasts and budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and revenue. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify and address potential commercial risks early in the project lifecycle. Foster strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance collaboration and value delivery. Implement best practices in commercial management and provide training and mentorship to junior staff members. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on financial performance and contract compliance. Engage with the finance and legal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and strategic goals. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in commercial management roles, preferably in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and financial management. Proven track record of effective negotiation and contract administration. Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
