Responsibilities
  • Sales results and inventory: Ensure achievement of sales targets and maintain appropriate inventory levels at distributors in line with company goals.
  • Commercial strategy and pricing: Implement pricing policies and develop commercial strategies to drive profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Distributor management: Evaluate, select, and manage distributors while ensuring ethical practices, policy compliance, and commercial performance.
  • Strategic negotiations:Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with distributors and major pharmacy chains in the region.
  • Internal collaboration and finance: Collaborate with Finance to manage customer portfolios, plan orders, and resolve administrative issues affecting cash flow.
  • Commercial leadership and coverage: Lead the pharmacy KAE team to execute plans, ensure presence at key sales points, and maintain product availability.
