KMC is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to accelerate growth in the United States and Canadian markets. In this role, you will lead sales and commercial development, implement strategic go-to-market plans, and build strong relationships with customers and distributors. As Commercial Manager for North America, you will play a pivotal role in expanding KMC’s business in the United States and Canada. You will be responsible for driving sales and commercial development in the region, including developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve strategic objectives, growing the customer base through targeted business development, and securing additional sales with existing customers. Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director, you will join the commercial team at KMC’s headquarters in Brande. The go-to-market approach is built on strong collaboration and knowledge sharing in an informal yet professional environment where everyone contributes to the company’s success. You will work closely with colleagues across local sales offices in Germany, the UK, Dubai, Thailand, and China, as well as the Commercial Managers, the Technical Sales and Sales Support teams at headquarters. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to strengthen KMC’s market position Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and distributors Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate across the organization and proactively contribute into an engaged team Representing KMC at industry events and trade shows You bring at least five years of B2B sales experience from the processing industry or a production company, equipping you with a solid sales toolkit and the ability to develop markets through distributors and direct sales efforts. You have a proven track record in commercial market development and go-to-market strategies and can analyze markets, trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. You possess excellent communication skills, are an experienced negotiator, and have strong presentation abilities.
