COMMERCIAL MANAGER- OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH

Package Details: £70,000- £80,000 + bonus up to £20,000 per annum
Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (5 Days Per Week – Flexible Working Hours)
Location: London (London Bridge) 2 days on site 3 days remote

Responsibilities

AS COMMERCIAL MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THE DAY-TO-DAY RUNNING OF THE COMMERCIAL TEAM WHILE PROVIDING EXPERT COMMERCIAL AND STRATEGIC GUIDANCE AT SENIOR LEVEL. YOU’LL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN IDENTIFYING NEW OPPORTUNITIES, DEVELOPING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, AND ENSURING ALL COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ARE ALIGNED WITH THE WIDER BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, lead high-level negotiations, and contribute directly to revenue growth and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach and manage the Commercial Team to deliver on revenue, client satisfaction, and growth objectives
  • Oversee account management and business development activities, ensuring accounts are serviced to the highest standards
  • Drive lead generation, pricing strategy, tender responses, and bid management
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver annual budgets and commercial strategies
  • Manage marketing functions, ensuring effective brand, digital and content delivery
  • Monitor competitor activity and implement initiatives to maintain a competitive edge
  • Provide accurate and timely commercial reporting to the Board of Directors
  • Develop and execute strategies to capture new business opportunities while maximising existing relationships
