REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business management within the construction or real estate sector.
• Proven experience managing high-rise building projects in Dubai or the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, financial management, and market analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
