Lead vendor management for commercial technologies and monitor performance. Evaluate and optimize commercial technologies, ensuring strong adoption. Train and support Commercial teams for effective tool utilization. Collaborate with Revenue Operations for a high-performing technology infrastructure. Requirements Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations roles. Deep understanding of commercial systems architecture and integrations. Familiarity with healthcare buying dynamics. Strong analytical skills to translate data into business outcomes. Proven track record of driving improvements in commercial processes. Exceptional communication skills for all stakeholder levels. Ability to synthesize stakeholder needs into optimal systems design. Experience with change management and deployment of new systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables. Self-starter with strong planning and organization skills.
