What You Can Expect
The Commercial Manager – RECON ANZ will lead the execution of key commercial projects across Australia, delivering Zimmer Biomet’s Reconstruction (RECON) and Digital Technology Solutions strategy. This is a field-based role that works closely with the Business Unit Senior Director to ensure the successful rollout of cross-portfolio innovations such as mymobility, ROSA, and other adjunct technologies.
You will take ownership of end-to-end complex sales processes—from uncovering opportunities to contract negotiation and implementation—while engaging with a wide network of stakeholders, including internal commercial teams and external partners such as KOLs, hospital executives, and procurement leaders.
Your leadership will be pivotal in positioning Zimmer Biomet as the go-to partner for hospitals and healthcare providers across Australia.
