The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager – Premium Marketing to join Crown in a pivotal commercial leadership role. This position plays a critical part in driving financial performance, revenue growth and operational excellence across Crown’s Premium Gaming Marketing portfolios, including interstate and international programs. Partnering closely with senior leaders across the business, the role combines deep financial analysis, executive‑level reporting and system optimisation to deliver data‑led insights and measurable commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Leading commercial and financial analytics for Interstate, International and cross‑property Premium Gaming performance Owning revenue growth initiative tracking and delivering weekly and monthly executive‑level reporting Acting as project manager and business lead for Salesforce system uplift and process optimisation within Premium Gaming Developing standardised cross‑property Premium Gaming reporting, with consistent metrics and improved data integrity Delivering forecasting, trend analysis, scenario modelling and ROI assessments to support strategic decision‑making Leading host performance analysis, incentive program reporting and incentive calculation for select gaming and non‑gaming functions Partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Revenue, IT, BI and Compliance to uplift systems, dashboards and reporting outcomes Driving actionable, data‑led insights and recommendations to support sustained revenue growth and program optimisation About You This opportunity suits an experienced commercial or finance professional with strong analytical capability and a passion for turning complex data into strategic insight. You’re a confident business partner who thrives in fast‑paced, stakeholder‑heavy environments and enjoys leading initiatives that deliver tangible commercial impact. You will bring: A tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics, Analytics or a related discipline Strong commercial and financial acumen with advanced analytical and reporting capability Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally involving systems or CRM uplift Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence across complex, cross‑functional stakeholder groups Experience within gaming, hospitality, loyalty or incentive‑driven commercial environments (highly regarded) High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tools Experience using or deploying Salesforce or similar CRM systems (highly regarded) An understanding of governance, compliance and risk considerations within regulated environments On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
