Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial operations, contracts, and business development within the engineering. A background in Quantity Surveying (QS) or Engineering is an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.S.C in Quantity Surveying (QS), Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial, contracts, or business development roles.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, contract management, and financial modeling.
  • Experience in the HVAC, engineering, or construction industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
  1. Contract & Tender Management:
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, tenders, and commercial agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and client requirements.
  • Liaise with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
  1. Market & Business Development:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  1. Support pricing strategies and cost estimations for projects.
  • Sales & Financial Analysis:
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and bid submissions.
  • Analyze project costs, revenue forecasts, and financial performance.
  • Ensure accuracy in commercial documentation, invoicing, and payment tracking.
  1. Supplier & Procurement Management:
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs and service delivery.
  • Monitor procurement and supply chain activities to ensure timely project execution.
