RATP Dev, as part of the TransitLinX consortium - alongside John Holland, WSP, Alstom, and KBR, has been named the preferred contractor for the Suburban Rail Loop East (SRL) Works Package G, covering the linewide scope of this city-shaping project.
We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team and lead the commercial function for this complex project. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a project that will redefine public transport in Melbourne and leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the O&M NOP Managing Director, the Commercial Manager plays a key role in overseeing the commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of the project, including leading financial governance post-award. The role is also central to fostering strong, trust-based relationships with the public transport authority and other key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on financial and contractual matters.Commercial Management

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle - from negotiation and execution to compliance with legal, organisational, and industry standards
  • Review and interpret contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to secure fair and effective agreements
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for Alliance partners and the public transport authority
