Commercial Manager
Operating within the produce sector, our client is seeking a Commercial Manager on a Full time, Permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of key customer accounts while driving commercial performance. The position will suit an individual with strong customer relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and overseeing key customer accounts, including monitoring supply performance against budgets and KPIs.
  • Developing and maintaining strong, productive relationships with customers while instilling confidence in the supply partnership.
  • Managing all elements of pricing, complaints, and query resolution.
  • Ensuring customer requests (promotions, delivery schedules, specifications, amendments, labelling etc.) are actioned efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Preparing internal and external reports and presentations as required.
  • Supporting the formulation of the annual commercial budget.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory rules, and procedures.
