If you are willing to roll your sleeves up and contribute to this journey, we would love to hear from you!  About the Role:    Reporting to the GM Vanuatu, the Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business values, managing customer segmentation, and delivering insightful analysis and reporting to support sales planning, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making across Oceania, while also leading special projects to enhance commercial effectiveness.   The role and responsibilities will include:   Champion the pillars of Business Value and drive consistency in sales processes across the team. Lead agency sales segmentation and ensure CRM data (visits, calls, leads, opportunities) is accurate and high-quality. Analyse market data to identify opportunities, using CRM, LISA Partner, and Territory Management tools. Monitor and share key sales performance insights with stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Support target setting, budgets, and sales plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Partner with senior leaders (GM, Sales Director, BDM) to deliver reporting, analytics, and ad hoc commercial support. Contribute to developing high-performing sales teams through training, insights, and support for national and regional initiatives.   To be successful in this role, you will need:   Tertiary qualification in Business, Statistics, or related field, with at least 2 years’ experience in a commercial, trade, or sales role. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and the ability to interpret market trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data for different audiences. Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
