Job Description Commercial Manager – SOCOTEC's Building Risk and Compliance To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Building and Real Estate Division. SOCOTEC's Principal Designer (CDM & BR) and BR Consultancy teams provide an award-winning, flexible and forward-thinking approach, as well as a high level of technical capability, providing our clients with cost-effective and practical solutions across construction consultancy. We're looking for a Commercial Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives responsible for: Driving commercial excellence, supporting business development, bids and contracts, and improving profitability and efficiency across both Principal Design (CDM & BR) and BR consultancy teams Leading the coordination and delivery of high-quality bids and managing commercial performance across projects Championing process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency Overseeing contract preparation, negotiation, and management while supporting resolution of commercial issues Qualifications Here at SOCOTEC, we deliver excellence to our customers by recruiting and retaining the very best industry talent.
