Make your mark as Commercial Manager for Boskalis Subsea Cables! As Commercial Manager you have an appetite for establishing and maintaining relationships with our present and future clients, market parties as well as internal stakeholders. You actively monitor opportunities in the Offshore Renewables and Interconnector market. Your main goal will be to acquire new projects for Boskalis Subsea Cables. You have a drive to contribute to the continuity and further development of our market approach.

Imagine starting the first contact in order to finally see your colleagues execute various international and ‘one of a kind’ projects which often get media exposure, such as:

  • Hollandse Kust West Beta with a contract scope that comprises the installation of two 65-kilometer-long export cables that will connect the planned Hollandse Kust West Beta 700 MW offshore wind farm to TenneT’s onshore grid in the Netherlands.
  • Baltic II, with a project scope that comprises the transportation and installation of 107 array cables with a total length of more than 150 kilometers in addition to four 275 kV export cables with a total combined length of nearly 300 kilometers.
Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS COMMERCIAL MANAGER:

  • You are fully up to date on Renewable developments and target relevant new business opportunities;
  • You like to understand what is driving our client and work along with them to make a success;
  • Negotiating contracts with substantial complexity;
  • Challenge the tender team to tailor the client’s need;
  • Maintain and manage external as well as internal relationships.

  • Building sustainable relationships and networks within our organization and with your stakeholders and clients to search business opportunities;
  • You are able to identify and use market and competitor insights to meet current and future business needs;
