We are looking for a Commercial Manager – Supply Chain and Marketing to join our Finance team on a permanent, full-time basis in North Sydney. About the role As Commercial Manager – Supply Chain and Marketing, you’ll partner with Group Marketing, Supply, R&D, and Logistics teams to deliver analysis, insights, and commercial advice that drive superior performance. You’ll play a key role in supporting business transformation, providing actionable recommendations, and maximising opportunities across our product portfolio. Key responsibilities: Deliver analysis and insights to support Group Marketing & Supply Chain priorities. Provide commercial and financial business partnership as an independent subject matter expert. Support performance processes and recommend mitigation strategies to close gaps. Participate in A&P investment processes, challenging and supporting spend optimisation. Drive commercial support for NPD gate processes and contract/capex requests. Monitor and report on finances, including expense budgets, capital expenditure, costing, pricing, and profitability. Research and report on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity. About you 3–5 years’ experience in analyst, reporting, or accounting roles. Accounting degree or major in accounting; CPA/CA qualified. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel modelling and strong ERP/BI system knowledge. Ability to work under broad direction, self-initiate, and meet deadlines. Can-do attitude, attention to detail, and ability to inspire change. Ready to apply? Great!
