Enfinity develops and markets innovative additive solutions for the plastic and compounding industry, with a strong focus on sustainability and the use of recycled materials such as reinforcement fibers. Our mission is to transform the industry through products that combine technical performance with environmental responsibility. We are currently looking for a Commercial Specialist to join our team. This is a senior field sales role. The ideal candidate is already active in the market, with a portfolio of 8–10 industrial clients. They should demonstrate deep knowledge of the sector, applications, and current market dynamics. Responsibilities: Drive the commercialization of technical additives, especially recycled reinforcement fibers. Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients within the plastics and compounding sectors. Identify new business opportunities and build strong commercial relationships. Provide technical-commercial consulting on additive applications. Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions to customer needs. Ensure customer retention and satisfaction across Europe. Prospect new clients in related industries. Work closely with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to execute growth plans. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. 6+ years proven experience in plastics, compounding, or additives. Active client portfolio in the industrial sector (mandatory). Technical background in chemistry, industrial/materials engineering, or similar. Solid understanding of plastic materials, formulations, and transformation processes. Fluent in English. Strong negotiation skills, results-driven, and self-motivated.
