Location: London, Speechmark + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

WHO YOU ARE

  • A track record for proactively identifying commercial risks
  • Highly numerate with proven experience in complex data analytics and analysis methodologies
  • Experience presenting technical and complex information in a simplified manner to director level
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • A strong understanding of technical delivery processes in the mobile industry
  • Strong commercial accumen
  • Self starter able to problem solve and understand complex technical systems
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management
  • Operational understanding of the Mobile sales and associated systems & processes

Responsibilities

This is an exciting and challenging role that provides the opportunity to act as an authority across the full spectrum of the mobile business and it’s commercial elements. As an experience commercial professional with strong core technical, process & analystical skills and an Investigative mind you will work with a broad range of stakeholders to drive commercial benefits and identify problems impacting our P&L.

  • Delivery & assurance of all critical data needed to drive the annual price rise
  • Development of reporting & data insight to influence key stakeholders on major commercial impacting decisions
  • Own & develop the commercial rules framework ensuring alignment with sales channels
  • Build complex reports to represent business journeys impacting revenue
  • Provide authoritative commercial consulatancy and impact assessments for change identified by customer and billing operations
  • Proactively identify risk areas associated to unplanned changes to P&L
  • Own business design decisions shaping IT Configuration changes with multi million pound commercial impacts.
  • Support ad-hoc requests and analysis within the wider team
  • Lead on Remediation activities
