ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Commercial Manager with the drive, energy and commercial instinct to play a key role in Zippe’s next stage of growth.
This is a pivotal role, responsible for leading our commercial activities, securing new contracts, managing tenders and bids, and building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. You’ll be part of a leadership team shaping strategy and ensuring the business is positioned for profitable and sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Driving new business opportunities, including tenders, frameworks and direct contracts
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with local authorities, schools, businesses and partners
· Leading the end-to-end bid and tender process, from pricing and compliance to presentation and negotiation
· Working closely with different department managers to align service delivery with commercial commitments
· Monitoring contract performance and identifying opportunities to improve margin, efficiency and value
· Supporting the development of new products, services and markets to expand Zippe’s reach.
