This role will focus on building and scaling a comprehensive marketing measurement capability that supports digital and traditional marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to develop a full-funnel measurement framework, ensuring effective planning and optimization of campaigns. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing business impact through analytics, collaboration, and strategy development across marketing functions. \n Accountabilities Develop and implement a scalable, full-funnel marketing measurement framework. Define and standardize KPIs across brand, demand generation, and retention efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end campaign planning and measurement. Support measurement and optimization of e-commerce performance. Manage and develop a marketing analytics analyst. Requirements 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related roles. Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing measurement. Experience developing measurement frameworks and new analytics capabilities. Familiarity with marketing mix modeling, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Benefits Remote work flexibility.
