We’re looking for a Commercial Marketing Coordinator who will be involved with coordinating marketing activities across major verticals, assisting with the execution of sales enablement strategies to support our national commercial team, and contributing to the overall success of the commercial marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Curious and collaborative nature
  • Proven project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications – Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Knowledge of HubSpot an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Be the key point of contact for trade show planning and execution
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders – commercial leads, project management team, creative studio, production teams and liaise with external stakeholders – event coordinators.
  • Coordinate sales lead identification and tracking process
  • Track and record budget expenditures
  • Contribute to presentation development - build quality presentations as directed and co-ordinate with studio as required
  • Desktop research to identify noteworthy news articles or industry trends applicable to the key industry verticals as requested
  • Provide administrative support to team
