In this role, you will serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring our service offerings resonate in the market, enable sales success, and drive growth.   You will lead initiatives across customer and competitor intelligence gathering, messaging development, service launch planning, and sales enablement, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, field development, strategy, and leadership.
