About the role In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Global Commercial Marketing projects and activities, ensuring the effective execution, coordination, and reporting of multi-market campaigns across Qatar Airways’ global network. You will assist in managing assets, maintaining visibility of timelines and performance, and supporting marketing operations to meet commercial objectives. The position covers multiple business segments, including Sponsorships, Qatar Destination marketing, Brand, and Commercial Products, and also contributes to the planning and delivery of special projects, tactical initiatives, and contests that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand guidelines, and timelines. The role also requires proactively identifying revenue-driving opportunities through marketing initiatives, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment are essential. As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the followSupport the end-to-end execution of global and regional marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand, product, and commercial strategies. Coordinate campaign planning activities, timelines, and approvals using the company’s project management platform to maintain visibility of deliverables and milestones. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing assets are developed, localized, and distributed on time across regions and channels. Gather, validate, and analyze campaign data from multiple sources to support post-campaign evaluations and performance reports. Develop and format visually engaging presentations and reports, sourcing accurate information and tailoring content to diverse audiences, including management and regional teams. Maintain central visibility of all active campaigns and support governance by ensuring accurate documentation, briefs, and status updates. Prepare and manage internal communication updates on marketing activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed on key deliverables, campaign outcomes, and upcoming initiatives. Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and Contracts departments for timely processing of marketing budgets, invoices, and purchase requests. Be part of an extraordinary story Your skills. About you Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent with at least 3 years of job-related experience in marketing coordination, project management, or campaign operations, preferably involving international or multi-market settings. Passion for aviation and travel, previous airline experience or within the travel industry will be considered as a plus. Strong communication and project management skills. Experience with data analytics (Tableau, Adobe, Power BI, etc.) and collaborative work management tools such as Workfront is an advantage. Analytical in summarizing marketing and revenue trends. Outstanding written and verbal communication in English. Ability to work well across teams as role requires integration across divisions. Ability to perform effectively well under pressure within the environment of time constraints, change in priorities to resolve issues with a high level of competence and professionalism. Outstanding written and verbal communication in English with excellent influencing capabilities. Knowledge of a second language as Spanish will be a plus.
