About the role We are looking for the Pricing Actuary to support the development of our Motor insurance products. This position requires conducting statistical analysis, making necessary assumptions about the product and policyholders' behavioural trends, and forecasting product results. You will be responsible for Analyzing insurance portfolios and assessing the adequacy of premiums. Leading tariff projects and maintaining tariffs for Commercial Motor products in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Forecasting market developments and understanding trends. Developing and improving pricing methodology and tools. Coordinating Baltic product analysis standards and reporting tools. Driving convergence toward common Baltic pricing processes and expanding tariff-based pricing. Documenting pricing processes and supporting Baltic-wide process development. Collaborating with Actuary, Underwriting, Data, IT, and other units on strategic projects. Participating in customer-focused initiatives such as segmentation and rating. What do we expect from you? Strong analytical or actuarial skills with experience in pricing or portfolio analysis. Ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights. Knowledge of insurance markets and trends, preferably in motor lines. Familiarity with pricing methodologies and tools. Proficiency in relevant tools, like SQL, Python, MS Excel, and willingness to learn new technologies. Ability of taking initiative and working autonomously, driven by achieving results. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or IT. Fluency in English and proficient in one of the Baltic languages.
