Description
Title: Commercial Officer KBR’s Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) group is looking for a Commercial Officer to support of the multi-year general maintenance services contract covering Petro Rabigh Polymer I and Polymer II plants at Rabigh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Commercial Officer will support all activities to get Contracts to execute maintenance activities into the Maintenance Department through contractor. This includes supporting the development of the scopes of work, the documentation, defining prospective bidders, the call for tenders, awarding and contractor authorizing for beginning of works, accomplishing with requirements for operational areas to achieve a World Class performance in the maintenance Department. This role will report to the Commercial Head. Responsibilities: Develop and/or review draft procurement and contract templates and guidance materials for the team Provide advice in relation to commercial reports, submissions, and other documents as required Manage the team’s records management area through a standardized filing system Assist the team to develop mitigation strategies for the risks associated with procurement and contracting activities, contract performance, and compliance Coordinate and provide support, assistance, and services to facilitate team activities, such as meeting preparations, document printing, or workshop coordination Work collaboratively and develop and maintain beneficial, effective relationships with the customer, colleagues and other stakeholders Assist the team with tendering activities, including support through the entire procurement and contracting lifecycle Supports monitoring of project cost and schedule, cash flow, billings, and related financial items All other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field 2 + years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of procurement, contracting, and subcontracting for large projects Proficiency in communicating with internal and external engineering, commercial and technical stakeholders Polymer project experience a plus Belong.
