KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support the management and execution of Civil Aerospace long-term service agreements (e.g., TotalCare® and CorporateCare® contracts) for airline customers in the region.
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met, including service delivery, performance reporting, and financial invoicing requirements.
  • Review, interpret, and provide guidance on contractual terms to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage commercial communications with customers, including responding to enquiries, clarifying contract positions, and resolving disputes in collaboration with legal and commercial leadership.
  • Prepare and issue contract amendments, variations, and other formal documentation as required.
  • Work with Finance and Customer Business teams to track revenue, invoicing, and payment status, supporting cash collection where required.
  • Provide input into bids, proposals, and contract renewals, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and governance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in relevant systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in commercial processes and customer support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial, contract management, or customer account management experience, preferably in the aerospace, aviation, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and commercial principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
