The Commercial Officer within the Global Sales and Coverage division is focused on analyzing and guiding business growth within Institutional Client accounts. This role interacts directly with Client Service teams, Country heads, Segment heads, and Sales staff to enable new business and organic growth and to assist in the retention of profitable clients.

What you will be responsible for
As Commercial Officer, Vice President, you will
- Complete qualitative analysis for these client groups through engaging with the client service teams, country heads and regional segment heads to understand the clients in their book of business, including their current products and services, their challenges and needs, and the opportunities for further development.
- Complete quantitative analysis for these client groups to assess our share of wallet, identify their non- STT current providers, and ascertain their investment attributes that indicate potential products and services to enhance our offering, revenue and value to these clients.
- Identify and coordinate cross selling efforts for appropriate STT products and services with the clients, client service teams and product organization to grow revenue with these clients.
- Support the client service teams with strategies for protecting the current revenue streams we have with the clients.
- Responsible for achievement of overall organic, new business committed revenue, and overall target revenue goals for their assigned account groupings.
- Manage re-bids, contract renewals and updates, re-pricing and ad-hoc fee changes, and due diligence questionnaires needs for these clients as required, including ownership of client negotiations and associated governance activities
- Work with the client service representatives to maintain relevant data for the accounts in SF360 CRM including but not limited to account information, contacts, opportunities, meetings, current providers insights, and campaigns.
- Generate ideas and put action plans in place for marketing strategies to create awareness and promote applicable company products/services through collaboration with the various business partners (ex. client service, product, marketing, segment)
- Develop methods to assist the Client Service Team with thought leadership communications and other nurturing activities to increase client satisfaction, ensure retention and lay the foundation for future growth for profitable clients in this book of business.
- Work with the Client Service team to understand Client Sentiment for this group of clients and support efforts to ensure it is positive.
- Work with the Singapore bank branch governance team to support related regulatory and corporate governance requirements.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
- 8+ years of total work experience preferred with 3-5 years of Financial Services experience in Relationship Management/ Sales or Client Service.
- Knowledge of Financials services industry
