JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Onboarding Analyst - Business Banking
LOCATION: Villiers House, IOM
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

ANY EXPERIENCE OF THESE WOULD BE USEFUL:

• Working knowledge of AML and prior account opening experience.
• Oral and Written Communication - Strong communication skills
• Organisational Awareness – Knows how to get things done and gain commitment.
• Attention to Detail – Be able to complete account opening to a high standard.
• Ideally with Financial Services experience.

The role will require you to;

• Be responsible for explaining and supporting with KYC/due diligence requirements to external clients.
• Undertake the onboarding process for our clients which can also include account opening, data inputting & quality checking.
• Support clients throughout the onboarding journey to ensure the best start to their relationship with Lloyds Bank International by telephone, email and online channels
