Responsibilities: The main role is to lead, manage, maintain quality data and provide insightful analysis to support business growth, helping business leaders making right decision and priorities. Be responsible for high quality and accuracy of business data including end to end process Provide data analysis reflecting the business challenge behind data during business review (monthly management meeting, medium, QBR) Oversea and drive sales excellence from Salesforce BFO tools with country champion reflecting in golden KPIs: Pipeline Evolution, tracking to support business insight and make the right push for growth prioritization. Coordinate with key stakeholders – Offer Marketing, Channel Marketing, Finance Business Partners & Business Leaders – to prepare for commercial meeting and business review Be a country lead for new initiatives from country management or EAJ zone related to data and reporting Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related fields with 3-5 years of experience in data related jobs Be an expert in using advanced Excel, MS Access, SAP (ERP). Having experience with Tableau/Power BI, SQL or other data tools is a plus High level of project planning, critical thinking, analytical thinking, attention to detail & prudent numerical skill Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions. Be collaborative and have a client-centric mindset Excellence written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
