Description The Commercial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire commercial loan process, ensuring all aspects of loan origination, from application to final documentation, are handled accurately and efficiently, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the commercial loan department, including staff management, compliance adherence and process optimization; essentially bridging the gap between loan origination and post-closing activities. Requirements -Five years Financial/Credit Union/Banking experience. Equivalent to a four-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. -Thorough knowledge of administrative, documentation, and servicing procedures. -Self-motivated individual who is detail oriented and able to multi-task. -Strong understanding of commercial loan origination and closing procedures. -Expertise in relevant regulations and compliance requirements. -Proven leadership and team management skills. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external customers.
