Description
Drive adoption of core sales technologies (CRM/PRM, CPQ, Sales Enablement Tools, analytics) and promote their value in collaboration with SMEs. Govern processes and competencies across the full customer journey, ensuring compliance and standardization. Collaborate with HR and Sales Training to enhance learning programs, onboarding, and sales methodologies to reduce ramp-up time. Lead Enhanced Deal Reviews (EDR) to improve profitability, win rates, and customer satisfaction. Support deployment of EMEA standard operating models and sales cadence (EBS for Sales). Conduct operational reviews, share best practices, and define KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Act as SIOP ambassador for accurate forecasting; oversee large deal negotiations and tender compliance. Ensure data quality across ERP, CRM, and configuration tools; manage Power BI dashboards for insights. Collaborate on territory planning, account strategy, and productivity improvements; optimize processes and eliminate non-value-added activities. Manage Order Center processes and CLM workflows to ensure compliance and quality. Support pricing policy implementation and transition to eCommerce solutions. Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's in Business is a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Data Analytics, Marketing, Pricing Management, or Contract Management with strong interaction with sales teams. Fluency in German and English; strong collaboration skills in a matrix organization. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Customer-focused, result-oriented, and self-motivated team player. Creative thinker with a vision for continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills and structured approach.
