Annual Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (Based on Experience)

Garage Door Doctor is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Garage Door Service Manager to lead our Commercial Install and Service teams and help take our operations to the next level.

• Oversee commercial garage door service and installation teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Manage all department operations, including dispatch, pricing, inventory, fleet maintenance, hiring, and training.
• Create and execute marketing plans, internal promotions, goal tracking, and lead generation programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes as well as safety and service standards.
• Provide technical support and ongoing coaching to team members.
• Hire, onboard, and evaluate technicians to maintain top-tier talent.
• Monitor team performance to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to generate departmental reports and budgets.
• Respond quickly to service issues, maintain operational uptime, and track inventory and fleet usage.
• Handle scheduling needs with flexibility, including availability for emergencies, weekends, or holidays as needed.
