Financial Job Dimensions Degree of supervision Medium Supervision over operational role Level of Authority Shared Authority over functional role Purpose of the Job To perform commercial activity to ensure the supply of vehicles based on Freight on Board (FOB) incoterms TMC & its affiliates, to conduct commercial feasibilities & management accounting required to evaluate current & future initiatives, freight & insurance costing of vehicles on FOB terms, costing of additional equipment. Key Accountabilities: Description Perform commercial activity for supply of vehicles on FOB terms Track & maintain vehicle freight cost Perform additional equipment cost accounting Perform commercial feasibilities & management accounting required to evaluate current & future initiatives Review of agreements and contracts with suppliers Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators All shipment documents to be validated & corrected 5 days from ETA Weekly / Monthly Tracker No selling below cost / GP% Deliverables Deliverables Major Activities Review/Rectification of Commercial Documents from Suppliers (TMC, TMA, TMS & TME). Review/Rectification of Shipping Documents from shipping line (NYK). Monthly Freight tracking & freight percentage maintenance in JSAP. 3 way matching of PO value with supplier proforma and price list. Monitor/Track the Impact of Foreign Currency fluctuation on vehicle costing. Monitoring Vehicle Cost Fluctuation / Product GP. Letter of Credit request to treasury, amendments required for units’ cancellation/addition etc. Review of Documents required as per Letter of Credit and arrange with the supplier. Coordinating with CMC for original documents and confirming the shipment clearance before arrival. Shipment schedule review and coordination with supplier/NYK/Ali Reza Ensuring EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) file is available in time & coordination with supplier in case of discrepancy Pricing & GP analysis of additional equipment & accessories Job Context The job has direct impact over Toyota vehicle supply. The job has indirect impact over costing of vehicles Framework, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority The job holder has the freedom to communicate with Vehicle suppliers and Shipping Line for shipping schedules and documentation. The job holder has the authority to approve freight payments to shipping line. Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus The job holder has a crucial strategic role in future initiatives by conducting commercial feasibilities & management accounting The job has a crucial supporting role in: Vehicle profitability by costing, currency fluctuation for current period vs previous period & budget. Assist in in price negotiation of vehicles / additional equipment Minimum Qualifications Bachelor in Commerce Minimum Experience 3 years of work experience and exposure to the related field is an added advantage Job-Specific Skills Time Management, Analytical/Mathematical Ability, Problem Solving   Languages Proficiency in English Language. The Commercial Operations Senior Manager is responsible for performing commercial activities related to the supply of vehicles based on FOB terms, including cost accounting and feasibility evaluations. The role also involves reviewing agreements and contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance and accuracy.
