Job Description The Commercial Operations Shift Lead is an integral part of the Hyderabad Commercial Operations team, within the UK & Ire region. The primary responsibility of this role is in regard to the revenue protection of the UK business. This is a hands-on role, where you`ll be expected to monitor bonus cost, withdrawals and other key metrics while also providing leadership and support to the members of the team who are on shift with you. You`ll work with the other Shift Leads to implement process and training initiatives to improve efficiency and quality over time. You`ll play a pivotal role in working alongside cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. In your role as Shift Lead, you will create a positive enjoyable working environment, while nurturing your team`s technical and professional development. Lastly, you`ll be known for your strong interpersonal relationship building skills, technical expertise, attention to detail, and strong organizational planning skills. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Revenue Protection As mentioned above the primary responsibility for this team, and your role, is ensuring that revenue protection operations are carried out to yours and the team's best ability. The processes must be followed You`ll ensure all processes are executed, maintaining quality and minimizing errors Working with the leadership team, you'll review and improve our processes regularly to counteract new threats to the business You`ll implement process and training initiatives to continually improve and optimize deliverables over time You will collaborate with the Marketing Operations team and key business stakeholders to meet the day-to-day business requirements. This will involve working closely with: Proposition Operations Content, and Marketing Operations SLT Shift Leadership You will be accountable for the internal QA of your shift You will continually reinforce the importance of revenue protection within the team. You`ll detect and prevent technical errors and continually optimize promotions Communicate proactively and effectively with your team, the Marketing Ops SLT and key business stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address issues Provide support to the Operations team on content / operational escalations, regular promotional builds, and internal queries in a timely fashion You will value and invest in the technical and professional development of your team, providing regular and timely feedback, training and development opportunities and creating an enjoyable and productive work environment Facilitate daily/weekly team huddles, ensuring they are productive, efficient, and achieve intended objectives Stay up to date on industry trends, new tools and best practices Collaborate with Product teams when required, including supporting on UAT, MUAT, go-no-go decisions Oversee team productivity and occupancy reports, ensuring the team complete their work stats in a timely manner Ensure UDB data remains up to date Maintain accurate documentation of content processes, procedures and workflows Technical Skills You have strong knowledge of Kibana, able to navigate the alerts and dashboards with ease You need to be a KPI, customer and results-oriented individual You are highly skilled in the Backoffice tools in use by the Commercial and Marketing Operations side of the UK Entain Business including but not limited to: PAT, EDS, Backoffice, pAPI HTML, CSS, Sitecore, and SNOW You are a quick learner on new tools and stay updated on technological developments and best practice Interpersonal Skills You are enthusiastic and have a positive approach to work, including a desire to absorb feedback and continually develop professionally You have excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing You have strong interpersonal skills, and collaborate and work well with a diverse team at all levels of seniority You are an active listener, skilled at listening to team members' concerns and getting to the heart of the matter to resolve issues effectively You enjoy nurturing and mentoring junior staff, and you foster an open enjoyable productive and inclusive environment At times you will be exposed to sensitive information, and you have the maturity to always maintain confidentiality Additional Information Diversity and equal opportunities: As a global employer, Entain is committed to providing a safe, fun, and inclusive culture where our people feel like they truly belong.
