Description
You know that corporate document or piece of research you know you have somewhere but you can’t seem to find it? 🤯 The struggle to gather, organize and visualize all corporate knowledge and insights is real. We are Stravito and this is the problem we solve. Due to the universal nature of the problem, our customers come from various industries all around the world. We help world-leading organizations, such as McDonald’s, Nestlé, Burberry and Heineken, better understand their customers and make better, insights-backed decisions by organizing their knowledge and making it easy to access through our intuitive platform. We really mean it when we say we're a diverse and international team as our team of 100 has more than 30 different nationalities! We are guided by our operating principles: simplicity first, an “own it, do it” mentality, embracing different perspectives, and enjoying the journey together. We're now looking for a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our Commercial Enablement team. About the job Stravito's commercial teams can only move as fast as the systems and data beneath them allow. The Commercial Operations Specialist exists to make our commercial infrastructure reliable, efficient, and scalable, and to ensure teams know how to get the most out of it. This role owns the tools, data quality, and processes that commercial teams depend on every day, and takes responsibility for making sure those teams can use them effectively. AI is raising the stakes. The potential for commercial processes to make customer-facing teams faster and more effective is greater than ever, and it is your responsibility to realize it. At the same time, AI only delivers when the underlying data is right and teams know how to use it. Success means commercial teams trust their systems, know how to use them well, and feel that the operational foundation actively helps them do their best work - and that it keeps getting better. Your responsibilities Own the Data Maintain data hygiene, quality, integrity, and field governance across HubSpot and connected systems Own lifecycle stage definitions, handover criteria across Sales, CS, and Client Development, and manage lead routing, assignment logic, and rules of engagement across GTM teams Maintain integration health, sync logic, and data mapping across the commercial tech stack Own the Visibility Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, ARR, conversion rates, sales cycles Generate recurring updates on pipeline activity, data quality, and forecast accuracy Support executive reporting by maintaining reliable underlying data and operational views Own the Adoption Onboard and train commercial team members on systems, processes, and best practices. Lead change management when new tools or ways of working are introduced Monitor adoption and proactively identify opportunities to improve how teams use their tools Document processes and configurations so knowledge is scalable and accessible Tools You are the owner of HubSpot: its architecture, configuration, integrations, and ongoing health. Beyond HubSpot, you work across a broader commercial stack including Fireflies, Planhat, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Qwillr, and others as the business evolves. You will continuously evaluate whether tools are keeping pace with business needs, and identify where AI can meaningfully improve how commercial teams work. About you To be successful in this role, you need: Deep HubSpot expertise. You own the platform end to end, serving as the go-to for every team that depends on it A track record of setting up and working with operational systems others can rely on Comfort driving change and getting buy-in, even when there's resistance High attention to detail and genuine pride in data quality A habit of reaching for AI and scalable solutions over one-off fixes Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance What’s in it for you? You will join a remote-first and globally spread team, with company events a couple of times each year as the icing on the cake 🎂 We offer a fun, collaborative environment where everyone truly cares and helps each other. We have zero micro-management and instead you are encouraged to cultivate your own processes while giving and receiving feedback for improvement. Add to that a competitive compensation package, the possibility of working with cutting-edge technology in our industry (such as GenAI) and to be part of simplifying the professional lives of many - what’s not to like? We look forward to hearing from you!
