Serves as a senior subject matter expert in order fulfilment, leading the evaluation of complex and high-impact requests, driving cross-functional process improvements, and mentoring team members on best practices to strengthen long-term business strategy and operational excellence. Serves as a senior liaison between the national sales team and global team, leading the review of complex or high-impact requests via CRM, email, and phone, balancing field demand against business priorities, and partnering with leadership to develop policies and best practices that strengthen long-term request management. Serves as a senior strategic liaison between the national sales team and global team, leading complex conversations with sales leaders, shaping escalation and communication standards, and mentoring peers to align customer needs with organizational priorities. Support ad-hoc projects and requests as needed Inventory Management Owns inventory movement processes across the organization, ensures accurate transactional data in CRM and ERP systems, analyses trends, identifies opportunities to optimize product flow and reduce costs, and provides strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Leads cross-functional process mapping and best-practice development, evaluates business impact of current workflows, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that elevate commercial operations effectiveness across the organization. Metrics Leads the design and refinement of performance management frameworks, establishes advanced KPIs, and collaborates with leadership to ensure metric-driven strategies support organizational growth. Leads the analysis and resolution of underperforming, excess, and expired inventory across the agency network, applying advanced data insights to reduce excess, optimize asset utilization, and guide inventory strategy. Leads advanced analysis of hospital and Sales Agent inventory productivity, forecasting future hospital-level needs, shaping consignment and loaner strategies, and advising leadership on long-term allocation planning to support surgical demand. Leads the demand generation process for new and existing distribution opportunities by applying advanced market and performance analysis, influencing allocation strategies, and partnering with leadership to align inventory planning with long-term growth objectives. Tracks and analyses field inventory levels and productivity on a monthly basis. Establishes and manages maximum inventory levels for each territory and inventory location. Develops and implements inventory realignment plans by product line using monthly performance metrics to drive decisions and optimize stock levels. Supports the development and execution of field audit strategies to ensure the accuracy of consigned inventory. Helps define audit goals and objectives for the team prior to each audit. What You Bring: University degree (Bachelor or Master) 4 years of relevant experience in customer service area (from operational functions like invoicing, order management or set sourcing) Fluency in Italian and English Experience working in JD Edwards or similar ERP System, Master Control (document control Software) and Salesforce.com or similar CRM Software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications, Advanced Excel Skills, Power BI Experience Strong communication and multi-tasking skills. Ability to interact with different levels of an organization, and to build effective relationships through teamwork Proven ability to manage projects effectively from design through completion Strong knowledge of medical device inventory policies and logistics is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to define and structure problems to be solved and to communicate complex business analysis and issues in a clear and concise manner Ability to exercise independent judgment, handle multiple priorities, and communicate complex issues clearly The employee is frequently required to lift no more than ten pounds. Compensation: Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, with qualifications and performance considered. This role is with remote work model. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers factors such as experience level, skill set, and market conditions.
